Having just, (well almost) completed your CBT course on waking up, I have to say that I’m not only blown away but totally hooked on what mindfulness, CBT and meditation practice in general is offering me.

I’m only a few weeks in and maybe it’s beginner luck, but I already feel calmer, less reactive and better able to manage anxiety in challenging times.

Thank you Seth for your work, it’s truly life changing 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
